”What a super accommodation right in the heart of San Marco! In 3 minutes we were in the main square, the vaporetto deck, and a plethora of restaurants and shops. Room was small for 3 people but quiet, comfortable, and super clean. My son was sick and the hotel staff were far beyond helpful- grazie! It felt like home away from home! One little correction: they should send all info and instructions to the room at least 2-3 days before arrival. Otherwise communication with the hotel was excellent...

”We would absolutelly recommend this charming b&b to anyone who values great personal service and peaceful location. Everything in our stay was exellent from the beginning to the end. The staff was over the top helpful and gave us some good tips for the restaurants etc. We got the arriving directions to the e-mail beforehand so the b&b was easy to find. ”This hotel is a must stay! It is located almost in the middle of everywhere, it's a 15 minute walk to Rialto and 500 meters from St. Marks. There is dining around every corner with gelato right downstairs. Speaking of downstairs, the restaurant outside the door is very good, especially if you're already tired from the day. ”We loved the interior design of this room especially the loft which has a full size bed. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom looked new and well-kept. There were several power sockets all over the facility. As far as accessibility they are 4 minutes walk to and from the water bus which is one of the few means of transportation available. Will recommend this place to friends and family. ”

”The hotel is located in a small alley, near San Marco square. Very friendly service, good breakfast. The room was good, but the bathroom was rather small. Reaching the hotel coming via the waterboat stop at San Marco requires a bit of navigating through the small streets, so can be challenging when carrying lots of heavy luggage.”

”Clean and comfy hotel in Campalto, near Venice. It takes 20-25 minutes to Venice via bus in a price of 1,50€. Campalto is a place where you can't do nothing, expect eat or doing laundry. But the hotel is great and owner(?) is very polite.”

”Really helpful and friendly staff who give usefull tips on sights, transportation and restaurants. Had the suite with Private balcony and it was just Super. Loved to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine watching people pass bye on the canal below. The decor of the room is Super interesting with a style that's often associated with Venice. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
