”Die Villa liegt erhöht über Limoux mit traumhaftem Blick über die Stadt und in die Pyrenäen. Individuell wunderschön eingerichtet und kein typisches Ferienhaus mit Mustereinrichtung. Die Betten haben neue Matratzen und sind superbequem. Ralf und Birgit haben sich wirklich gut und herzlich um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Villa werden wir sicherlich nochmal buchen und uns den Rest der schönen Gegend anschauen.”

”Tout dans cette propriété est pensé pour satisfaire la moindre envie ! La maison est très bien agencée et équipée au maximum. L extérieur offre de l'espace où tout est réfléchi pour que chacun puisse trouver son coin de tranquillité au besoin. Les soirées sous la pergola en bois sont un instant privilégié avec un éclairage de guinguette. La piscine de 10 m x 5 m, est agréable et chauffée au minimum à 24 degrés. Nul doute que les propriétaires sont de vrais épicuriens qui ont du savoir vivre tout...

”We had two wonderful weeks. We enjoyed the beautiful green surroundings, the comfortable house and the large swimming pool. Because it was less hot than usual, there was plenty of time for cycling, walking and visiting the local market in Mirepoix. Kim and Duncan are very hospitable, as is Buddy the dog. In addition to a pleasant chat, they are happy to tell you all about the area and have plenty of tips and tricks.For anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, I would definitely recommend this...

”Très bonne communication avec Nicolas qui se rend très disponible. Sa maison est super, propre, très fonctionnelle , décorée et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est très agréable. Dommage qu'on ait pas pu en profiter plus à cause de la météo Petite attention : piscine non protégée / totalement accessible pour les enfants sans surveillance. Il faut garder un œil pour les moins de 7 ans Mais avec du soleil et des bonnes températures, on y est vraiment bien! Les aménagements extérieurs sont top .A 15...

”Unser Aufenthalt in Espéraza war sehr schön, vor allem das Haus war ein toller, angenehmer Ort, um zu entspannen. Auch der Pool bietet einem die Möglichkeit zu entspannen und hat die perfekte Höhe, um z. B. Ball zu spielen. Auch die Umgebung hat uns viele Optionen geboten, der Markt in Espéraza, eine wunderschöne Natur, Kanufahren und viele kleine alte Dörfer. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!”
