”Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! ”Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down.
