”We had a room with king size bed, very comfortable. We also had a terrace, view to backyard restaurant (was not open and, thus, quiet). Location good, go visit zoo. Washing machine pleasant surprise. Wifi sometimes a bit slow, but worked all times.”

”Good for business. It is not very close to the city and so you definitely need a car or shuttle service. Pretty comfortable and has decent options for dining - though pricey. Also has some specialty shops on the property that are a nice touch. Overall a good experience.”

”This property is closed. They took our reservation via Expedia but when we showed up we found it under construction. Added stress to an otherwise wonderful trip to Trinidad.”

No housecleaning, dirty; Noise of screaming children (including those of the caretakers) allowed ‘till at least midnight in echoing building (on first night); poor food; inconsistent service; little parking; no record of our online reservation; bar of soap only; had to ask for clean towels and sheets. No restaurants on the mountain.”

”This was a last minute booking during Carnival. It worked out but the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. No wifi in the room!!! You need to goto the lobby for a strong signal. If you need wifi PASS on this place. Or work in the lobby.”
