★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm only leaving one because it's required to post a review.
From start to finish, this hotel was a disaster. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. The worst part, however, was the hot tub—it was so overloaded with bleach that it ruined both my swimsuit and my mom’s, and left a lingering bleach smell on our skin for days. I reported the issue to one staff member, who agreed it was a health concern and said she would shut it down until it could be addressed.
Later that day, I spoke to a different front desk clerk named Robert. When I told him about the situation and that the hot tub needed to be closed for health reasons, he simply said, “Yeah, I’m not doing that.” When I told him I would be contacting the health department, his response was, “Go ahead.” So I did.
To make matters worse, after returning home, we realized we had accidentally left behind an expensive item—which has now mysteriously disappeared. We’ve had to involve the police.
This was an appalling experience on multiple levels. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
