”The room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and talkative which is very much appreciated when traveling.”

”The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.”

”It was a horrible experience as the broken room door did not securely latch and therefore we and our belongings were not safe. Also, the phone in the room was not connected to an actual phone line because none existed. We immediately checked out and moved to another hotel.”

”Hotel is getting a little " tired " in some areas.Needs to be updated. Staff were Ok but room had an empty Kleenex box and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. Housekeeping should do a better job of that.”

”I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

”We booked online through hotels.come. When we got there to check in the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. We tried for over an hour to get someone to come to the door. We called the main hotel number but was told they couldn't help us. Hotel.com tried to contact them as well with no luck. They ended up having to move us to another hotel.”

”I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did...

”The hotel was very convenient and the staff has been very helpful and friendly! I had changed my date of check in with Expedia weeks before arrival and had a confirmation of it, but unfortunately they somehow didn’t change it with the hotel and my room was canceled, but thankfully the hotel called me as I was traveling there and held the room for me, they were amazing.”

”Dead bed bugs in room, had to change room immediately. Toilet seat kept coming off partially or totally - the crappy old plastic hinges are a safety hazard.”

”The room was designated ADA but it had a bathtub with no handrails. It was also the second last room farthest from the elevator. There was nothing about this room that serviced handicaped guests and was definitely not wheelchair compliant. If I stayed again I would just reserve a regular room and ask to be close to the elevator. The breakfast was good and the attendant was exceptional. I noticed they helped guests even after breakfast hours. I rated the amenities 2 because the ADA room was not...

”Great place to stay. Friendly staff clean property when I first checked in I realized I lost my credit card here. It was back at the airport. I got a call from the airport and said my card was there. The airport was 11 miles away. I took an Uber to the hotel. Got there. Realize my credit card was missing the owner of the hotel. Heard my conversation while I was on the phone with the lady at the airport saying she had my card. The owner of the hotel said no worries. I will go to the airport and...
