”Location was very convenient with plenty of dining options within a few minutes walk.
Easy access to the beach.
The under cover parking was a bit tight, but easy enough with a mid-sized SUV.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was a good size and clean.
The kitchen was suitable and reasonably well equipped, however most of the mugs had chipped edges. We mentioned this the property manager and had a new set of mugs provided without any issues.

”The resort itself and the apartment was really nice and clean. The location is right next to small beach but in a very quiet area. We arrived on monday evening and there were absolutely no restaurant of any kind available in the area. If you have a car it is no problem to drive to Cairns city and Über works fine.”

”everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

”Walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors breathing. I tried working out in the morning and was told to shut up by neighbors. Had a call at 5am in my room, regular volume was made (it was a work call); again neighbors freaked out because it woke them. I also could not use the tv as it was attached to the wall, max volume I could go was 20 out of 100 before the neighbor
Complained. Walls are as thin as can be, all can be heard, and yes I mean (all).
I reported this to the staff of course....

”The hotel was really peaceful and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel locates a bit further out (300 m) of the "main street" from the beach front, so shops and restaurants are at 10 minutes walking distance. The beach is 50 m away, but swimming at that point is on your own risk - stinger and crocodile protected area with a net can be found just 800 m ahead. Pool area is nice and there are suitable pools for all ages.”

”We had two rooms on 5th floor. Very clean, large comfortable rooms, with balconies. Walk to Esplanade (not close, but not real far). Restaurant on-site had good food, with very good desserts :) Plenty of parking that was covered. Pool is small and at edge of sidewalk/ road, wouldn't choose hotel for a pool resort retreat, but we would return.”

”We would recommend avoiding booking here if you are relying on the advertised shuttle service from the airport. What they do a poor job of communicating is that the shuttle service they have costs $200 and must be booked 48hrs in advance.
As another heads up to anyone who this may effect who are booking soon: the pool was quite unclean during our stay and the spa was run down with no schedule to repair it.
All of this said, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly.”

”We had trouble finding the property in the dark. Once we were oriented, we enjoyed the location and proximity to the esplanade. In the unit, the washer/dryer combo did not work well, the shower left much of the bathroom floor wet and we could have used additional towels. We never heard from or met the hosts during our stay.”
