”Hieno näköala”

”My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!”

”The convenience to The Spectrum was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable!”

”Meitä yritettiin laskuttaa tyhjästä ja osaamattomalla henkilökunnalla kesti kauan korjata asia - eikä se edes korjaantunut täysin. Kaikesta huokuu, että asiakasta ei kunnioiteta. ”

”Great location, spacious, pull out queen was resanably comfortable.”

”Great staff, the room was clean, great amenities. We didn't eat any major meals at the hotel but we did have appetizers at the downstairs pub and grill and they were good as well as the bartenders. Plenty of places within 2 blocks to eat, drink and shop.”

”The location was perfect to the Spectrum for the NBA game. The staff was extremely friendly!”

”The condition of the assigned room fell short of the expectations set by online photos. The room required more thorough housekeeping, and the furnishings showed significant age and wear. Additionally, the bathroom did not match the online photos, which showcased a walk-in shower with glass doors rather than the dated bathtub and shower curtain I received.”

”The elevator was not working and my guest has to go to the stairs with 3 yrs old boy. Going down to the stairs is killing my knee that’s my experience here in Hyatt Charlotte.”
