La Source du Bonheur – Splendid Cottage on the Mekinac River & Spa

Our beautiful Chalet La Source du Bonheur is located along the Mékinac River in Saint-Joseph-de-Mékinac (Trois-Rives), in the heart of the Mauricie region. Just 1 hour from Trois-Rivières, 2 hours from Québec City, and 2.5 hours from Montréal, it is the perfect place to disconnect in nature with family or friends.

With 3 closed bedrooms, the chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it ideal for 1 to 2 families or 3 couples. You will find all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay, in every season.

Outside, relax in the year-round outdoor spa for 4 to 5 people, with a beautiful view of the Mékinac River. The gazebo allows you to enjoy your meals sheltered from mosquitoes, while the outdoor fire pit, with firewood included, is perfect for cozy evenings.

In summer, enjoy our tubes for an approximately 400-metre river float directly from the chalet, depending on the water level. The chalet is also located only 1.5 km from ATV and snowmobile trails.

INCLUDED AMENITIES AND SERVICES

The chalet is fully equipped for families: foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, zipline, ninja course, and swings.

In winter, the heated floors provide optimal comfort, while air conditioning makes summer days even more enjoyable.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available and ideal for remote work.
Linens and towels are included.
Dogs are accepted with an additional fee.
