Hintaan kuului aamupala, välipala ja päivällinen, mikä oli todella hyvä varsinkin, kun ympärillä olevien kahviloiden ja ravintoloiden hintataso oli melko kallis.

Good location next to harbour in Tromssa
Overnight in Tromssa on the way to Svalbard. Nice clean hotel next to centrum. Parking places just next to hotel. Dinner was included with the accomodation which was handy especially if you come late and dont have time to start looking around

We booked the hotel for one night to chill after a long week around the Lofoten islands. I was a little surprised at how run down the hotel was, and I think the Clarion name + images of the jacuzzi perhaps paint a picture a little too rosy. The hotel is in need of renevation and is quite far from luxury. Both the breakfast and the evening meal were very simple, so even though it seems like a lucrative deal with all the free food, it's basically just random catering level food and you will be hungry again after an hour or two. The highlights are obviously the jacuzzi and the sauna, which are unfortunately located inside the gym, meaning that the gym floor is always wet from people going to/from the jacuzzi, and when you're trying to relax in the jacuzzi someone will be pumping iron one meter away from you. All in all I think the hotel is very average, but they seem to have a lot of good deals around. I'd be happy to book the hotel for another 1-2 night stay, but only barely. Extra points for very fun and nice dudes working the reception.

Aivan mahtava yöpymispaikka Tromssan keskustassa!
Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde! Aivan Tromssan keskustassa kaiken äärellä ja sokerina pohjalla aivan mahtava iltapala - siis lähes täysihoito aamupalan hinnalla. Ilmainen pysäköinti klo 17-08 hotellin takana. Tänne tulemme uudelleen!

Hotelli aivan satama-altaan reunalla. Jos lokkien äänet ei kesällä häiritse niin voin suositella. Kannattaa ehdottomasti käydä kokeilemassa cable-car ja upeat nähtävyydet. Parkkipaikkoja on vaikea löytää.

Hotellin keskeinen sijainti hyvä. Edellisen asukkaan roskat roskiksessa. TV ei toiminut koko vierailun aikana, infottu hlökuntaa. Hlökunta olisi voinut mainita iltapäivä- ja iltapalasta jo tullessa. Auton parkkipaikan varaaminen todella omituista. Varausmaksu veloitettu kahteen kertaan, palautusta ei vieläkään !!!!!!!

Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvällä paikalla, tosin lähes kaikki muutkin kylän hotellit olivat siinä vieressä. Aamiainen ja iltapala oli hyvä ja lisäksi pannukakkuja ja kahvia oli tarjolla iltapäivällä.

This was my 2nd time to Tromso,the last being in November of last year. On both occasions I chose a Clarion Hotel, two next to each other. Whilst this one did not have views from the rooms looking out to the Artic Cathedral this did not matter. The hotel was only a few steps away from the harbor. Whilst all the staff I met were very welcoming the young female Filipino on the front desk went the extra mile sourcing a plug to fit my uk items. She is a credit in providing excellent customer service and sure a credit to your hotel and company. I will definitely be back and will only chose a Clarion Hotel. I could not fault the restaurant, all the meals they provided including the afternoon coffee and cake are a nice touch at no extra cost. The public areas could do with a touch up but this is minor to the excellent hospitality provided each time. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or its sister one next door if you are planning a trip to Tromso.

I liked having dinner included for all guests as well as breakfast, tea and cake in the afternoon and tea/coffee available 24/7. This really made a difference in a city where eating out is generally expensive. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the beds comfortable. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The food is very good and is included! The sauna and jacuzzi are a great plus. Staff is very nice and helpful, the location is unbeatable. However rooms are a little small and it needs new carpets and some painting of the doors etx around the halls of the rooms.

Greeted by friendly staff and a simple check in. The rooms were adequately equipped. You have to ask for the room to be serviced. The food wasn’t great but was all included and it was very busy at meal times.

Our stay was for 6 nights in total, we were pleasantly surprised by the included meals and friendly staff. We were able to book all of our excursions through Magic Tromso right in the hotel lobby and were able to do everything we wanted to book last minute. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and cost. The only downfall was that the hot tub wasn’t included in the booking. It was a small added fee which I must have overlooked on their website.

Beds & pillows were comfortable. Adequate size room. Breakfast was exceptional. There is afternoon tea which is free & daily free preset dinner if you wish. All in all, great stay!

Great location with easy access for all your pickups. Nice to have meals included. Also, if you get lucky you can see the northern lights from the roof! My only feedback is related to the shower, where the temperature fluctuated sometimes.
