Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, kun oli keskustassa. Huone oli ihan perushuone. Huono asia oli se että, olimme viikon hotellissa ja kertaakaan ei huonesiivousta tapahtunut. Asiasta annettiin palautetta respaan, niin lähtöämme edellisenä päivänä siivoja haki roskat ja likaiset pyyhkeet, ei muuta. Ei edes lattiaa lakaistu. Leivänpaahdin ja mikrouuni saatiin, kun pyydettiin respasta. Käytävältä ei kuulunut mitään ääniä, vaikka huone oli ihan hissin vieressä. Sai nukuttua hyvin. Hotellin parkkipaikka on alatasolla hotellin alla ja sinne on tosi kapea käytävä ajaa. Tromso muuten oli kiva kaupunki ja viihdyttiin.

Ihan ok hotelli. Aamiainen olisi ollut kiva lisä, mutta saihan sen itsekin kasattua kun huoneessa oli keittiö. Parkkipaikan löytämisessä haasteita, hotellissa on omakin p-halli mutta matala 2,1m. 150m päässä on p-luola josta löytyi tilaa.

Hyvä huoneistohotelli keskellä kaunista Tromssaa
Majoittuminen huoneistossa oli todella kätevää pienen keittiön ansiosta, aamupalat yms oli mukava syödä huoneessa ja samalla säästi hieman rahaa Norjan ollessa Suomea kalliimpi maa. Hotelli oli todella hyvällä paikalla, keskellä kaikkea. Sängyt olivat erityisen mukavia ja pimennysverhot todella tarpeellisia valoisien öiden takia. Kylpyhuone oli mukavan kokoinen. Siivous on kerran viikossa, mikä ei ollut meille ongelma ollessamme vain kolme yötä, mutta voi tuntua epämukavalta jos majoittuu sitä pitempään. Pieniä vikoja kuten wifi ei toiminut, rikkinäinen yölamppu ja kahvinkeittimen ja mikron puuttuminen aiheuttivat hieman päänvaivaa, mutta ne eivät vaikuttaneet kokonaisuuteen loppujen lopuksi paljoa. Vastaanotossa hieman viileä palvelu. Kaikenkaikkiaan todella hyvä majoitusvaihtoehto vieraillessasi kauniissa Tromssassa!

Hinta-laatu suhteen hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja hotelli oli muutenkin kaikin puolin toimiva ja viihtyisä. Vastasi hyvin odotusarvoa. Huonona puolena voisi mainita moottoripyörien metelin, joka piti hereillä alkuyöstä ja aamusta alkoivat lokit kirkua. Sama ongelma varmasti muissakin paikan hotelleissa.

liesituuletin oli putsattu n. 6 kk. sitten, todella tukossa. Parisängyn alta ei oltu imuroitu myös useampaan kuukauteen. Muuten asiallinen huone, mutta kallis. Johtuu vissiin sijainnista. Sentään oli kokkausvälineet, että pystyi kokkaamaan huoneessa vaikkakin tukkoinen tuuletin arvelutti, ei viitsinyt ruveta siivoamaan, ei kuulu toimenkuvaan.

Good service, perfect location - but few things...
Absolutely good service by the hotel, we had isssues with other room's shower and got replaced with a better level room. Location more or less perfect thinking distances, but traffic noise even late night may disturb in rooms to the road side. A small minus, room cleaning could have been done better as there was sand etc. on the floor when arrived. Breakfast deal with the close restaurant is very good, I'd say low cost in Norway. Coming with car is all over the city somewhat a challenge, all parking costing - hardly any free parking space available - but it's related to country/city, not at all to the hotel.

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

The staff at Enter City, from the front desk (Nasrin and Karolina) to the cleaning team (Maria) were incredibly welcoming. and I'm a little astonished that this facility has not received the highest marks possible. I got stranded in Tromso due to the Lufthansa strike, and so had to stay at the hotel twice (once at the last minute), and the second room was even more spacious and well appointed with a terrific view of the mountains. When I come back to Tromso with my family or university students, I will look no further than Enter City. Some of the hotels can feel quite sterile, but this place makes you feel right at home. I stayed at a few places while I was in the area, and this hands down, ranks as the best. I can't say enough great things about the staff, too!

Great hotel with lots of space in the room and a very friendly staff. Very walkable to everything downtown. It was also nice to have a key card access to not only our floor, but the entrance to the hotel as well. Only complaint is that there's only one mirror in the bathroom, so multiple women will struggle a bit.

The room was very comfortable. It was also nice to have a laundry room available for guests. Staff was very accomodating and polite. The hotel was convenient for shopping, a mall was about a five minute walk, along with a variety of eating places and supermarkets. We felt very safe too.

Slight inconvenience for late check in at sister hotel, Viking. Found one bedside light out. Would have liked to use the hdmi port behind tv but it was not accessible. Window shades had to be always closed for privacy. Other guests noise occurred at 4am Sunday morning. We were still up anyways from a Northern Lights Tour that ended after midnight. Tourist center, tours meeting spot, restaurants and church all within walking distance. Kitchen facility, microwave and fridge were convenient. They were kind to hold our luggage after checkout while we had lunch nearby and before our trip back to the airport. Overall, our family would stay here again.
