Hyvä hotelli!
Perus huone oli yllättävän pieni ja ikkunasta veti kylmää ilmaa. Ilmastointi oli aika kovalla joten huoneessa oli melko kylmä. Sänky oli kuitenkin todella hyvä nukkua! Sijainti loistava!

Ok hotelli lähellä palveluita ja keskustan nähtävyyksiä, hotellista ei kuitenkaan ihmeempiä näkymiä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja trendikäs. Autoa ei saa jätettyä hotellin ovelle ja matkatavaroita joutuu kantamaan pidemmältä; tämä on tyypillistä kaikille naapuruston hotelleille. Huone oli lisävuoteella ahdas. Huone oli myös kuuma ja siellä ei ollut ilmastointia.

Helppo yöpyminen Tromssøn keskustassa
Hotellin vaatimaton julkisivu keskellä kaupunkia ei anna oikeutta sisätilojen siisteydelle. Kaikki paikat kunnossa ja huoneet mukavan viihtyisät. Aamiainen jopa norjalaiseksi erinomainen.Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tiskihenkilö esitteli ja tarjosi lisäpalveluita hotellista ja kaupungilta.Yleinen parkkiluolasto ja tunnelit keskustan ohi plussana aivan vieressä. Kaupunkimelu ei häiritse edes toisenkerroksen huoneissa.

Siisti pieni hotelli.
Siisti hotelli ja näppärä pieni hotellihuone, jossa ihana jääkarhutapetti seinällä. Hotellissa ei ole ollenkaan oleskelutiloja, ja vastaanottoaula on pieni. Aamupalavalikoima oli laaja ja hyvä!

Good location .
A short one-night stay on our trip in northern Norway. We are a family, with 2 kids. I liked the location and luckyly the parking house was not too far from the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. The only really sad thing was the view from our room; next house was so close, that it was the only thing we could see. If we stayed longer, it would have bothered more...

Hotellissa oli kaikki kunnossa +palvelu ja yleinen siisteys +aamupala (runsas, maukas ja kauniisti katettu) +huone (tilava huone kolmelle (2 aikuista+1 lapsi), ilmastointi, sängyt) +sijainti (aivan Tromssan keskustassa) +ravintola (sai myös gluteenittomia pizzoja ja hintataso ei ollut "hotellikorotettu") Ainut miinus tulee huoneen ikkunanäkymästä, joka oli muutaman metrin päässä oleva hotellin toisen huoneen ikkuna.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. But, overall the hotel was clean and we would stay there again!

The staff was great! Easy check in and out. Facilities were amazing! The hotel was in close proximity to most every point of tour meeting point.

Nice large room with space to put our clothes. It was nice to have a safe. The large light by the door was not working when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon so I reported it to reception. The room was obviously not checked properly beforehand to check everything was working and correct. On the Monday we had the do not disturb sign on the door as was not well. Tuesday maintenance said they had fixed it but it still was not working. I was not sure why maintenance lied about fixing the light when they didn’t. Wednesday it was fixed but only went on if the light by the bed was switched on. We put the towels in the correct place on Tuesday to be changed and they never got replaced so I had to ask reception to change them. Thursday a pillowcase was left on the settee and no clean one put on the pillow that was left on the floor. The bathroom was set at 30 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The only place to plug the kettle in was either crawling on the floor to the plug under the table or balancing the kettle on the round pouffe by the bed. A health and safety hazard. I had to ask for more hangers as there were only 7. We were there for a week. The road noise was very loud 24/7 as the windows do not lessen any noise plus the cars have the winter tyres on which are louder anyway. Had to wear ear plugs but still got woken up every night by the noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

Sehr gute Lage, alles was mir wichtig war, befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (das wusste ich aber, deshalb habe ich ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht). Sehr ruhig obwohl zentral gelegen. Wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Falls ich irgendwann wieder Tromsø besuche, werde ich wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter!

This place is great. It's located in the very centre of city and close to everything you would see. The staff is great, the rooms are confortables and the breakfast is rich and high quality. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was great. And the location was perfect, bang in the centre of everything. The rooms are small and we only had a tiny window. As far as prices go in tromso it wasnt too bad. It is definitely worthwhile getting somewhere that has breakfast included as it is so expensive to eat out.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und bemängeln vor allem das inakzeptable Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für unsere Buchung in der Kategorie Superior. Das zugewiesene Zimmer hatte kaum Tageslicht - drister Ausblick in den Hinterhof an die nächste Wand und auf Lüftungsschäche. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.  Positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet
