”It's the third time we've stayed, the last was 6 years ago. Not as good as before, feels a bit tired. Booking direct on the website didn't work, and they never responded to email. Ok booking via Expedia, but subsequent contact was clunky, to say the least. It's a shame, should be (and has been) better.”

”Wonderful hotel, unique and interesting decor, friendly staff, delicious high-quality breakfast, nothing to complain about, frankly, the only hotel I've been to that made me want to write a review. Santa cruz is what it is city design wise, so while the hotel is near the historical centre, the surrounding buildings look a bit rough. But I felt completely safe, the city just looks like that outside the new (and frankly, much more boring) residential neighbourhoods. ”
