• The villa is located in a peaceful and secure residential area of Trou aux Biches, one of the most sought-after beach destinations in Mauritius.

• Trou aux Biches Beach is just a short walk/drive away and is renowned for its crystal-clear lagoon, white sandy beach, swimming, snorkelling, and spectacular sunsets.

• A weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request at an extra cost.

• Airport transfers, private drivers, car rentals, catamaran cruises, dolphin excursions, island tours, fishing trips, and horse-riding experiences can all be arranged through our trusted local partners.

• A baby cot and high chair may be available upon request, subject to availability.

• Mauritius enjoys a tropical climate year-round. While mosquitoes are generally limited during the winter months, we recommend guests bring or purchase mosquito repellent for added comfort.

• In accordance with Mauritian Government regulations, a tourist tax of €3 per person, per night applies to non-Mauritian guests aged 12 years and above. This amount may be collected separately if not already included in your reservation.
