”I was told by the night shift clerk that I could get a late check out (12 noon) at 11:15 they called the room asking if we were staying an extra night and if we weren’t we have to leave. They need to communicate more so this won’t happen again”

”I’ve been in Sparta many times but never stayed overnight. The Inn is a little vintage but with some updates and clean! Great value especially if you’re doing Parkway activities. I would not think twice about booking there again. Sparta has some excellent comfort food venues and the Bluffs restaurant on the Parkway is worth it with food and ambience. ”The lady out front was rude n disrespectful and very raciest. The room was dirty n nasty when I got to it which means the lady actually had to do her job and find me new room. They begrudgingly checked the other rooms I booked like I asked her The pool was dirty n smelly. The room that I finally ended up in had stain covers, hair all in the shower n sink n had bugs everywhere The food was cold n biscuits rock hard the juice was disgusting .”
