”Started with a thoughtful call from Jim who runs the place, during the late afternoon explaining our food options locally. Very considerate based on the dining options around here being limited after 7pm. The place is amazing. Rooms are incredible. We took the row boat and kayak out on the lake and then made a fire in the pit. Jim brought out some premade s’mores packs with sticks. Just an amazing and outstanding place. Would highly recommend staying here. ”

”Great location, peaceful lake, fire pits were perfect for smores and late night hangs, kids loved kayaking and the cabin has just the right amount of amenities to be comfortable while still escaping to the woods! The bunk house bedrooms were fun with the extended family. Very summer camp vibe (w/ good mattresses) and perfect for our fam!”

”Property was beautiful! Nice peaceful and centrally located to many sites in the U.P. The place was very clean and Greg was so responsive and helpful to all my annoying questions. We brought our dog too! Plenty of room for my family of 5. I would recommend anyone to stay here as well as I would be a repeat guest if we go back up. Everyone should try and stay here if visiting the area! Well stocked and very comfortable. ”

”This place was truly paradise! The only categories that I gave a 4 instead of 5 was because when I'd ask a question through vrbo, it did not get to the property manager. Once he emailed me, we were able to communicate but if I put a message in the app, it went unanswered. And I was given two different codes for the lock so when I got there I was eaten alive by mosquitos while I tried to work a combination that was incorrect.
