”Super nice employees, very clean, all new and well Maintained. Great beds and room amenities. Will be staying here for all my Thunder Bay trips. Some gluten free options for breakfast would be great but I got by with the eggs, bacon and fruit no problem.”

”The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience”

”We stayed here late at night while passing through and booked 3 rooms for our group. All we needed was a decent place to sleep before continuing our drive in the morning, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. As soon as we opened the room door, we noticed the suite door did not close properly. There were visible gaps around the door and the deadbolt would not latch securely. The room also had a smoky, musty smell upon entering, although it appeared clean at first...

”I’ve stayed in many Ramadas over the years. They’ve always been a solid choice. This was the worst I’ve ever experienced by far. It’s old and run down. But even then, if the staff was positive, friendly and helpful you could overlook the other stuff. Not my experience. Also heads up if you have mobility issues, there is no lift. Lots of stairs. And many long connected hallways to get to the room.”

”The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund....
