Welcome to your all-season Truckee escape — a rustic-meets-modern mountain retreat set on a private 1-acre lot with direct access to trails and just minutes from downtown. Whether you’re here to ski, hike, bike, or simply unwind, this home is perfectly located for year-round adventure.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and large windows create a bright, open living space. Relax on the queen sleeper sectional in front of the gas fireplace, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV after a day outdoors. A separate game room offers even more fun, complete with a sectional sofa, foosball table, desk, and another smart TV—making it both a great hangout spot and a convenient home office if needed.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need for easy meals. Gather around the dining table or perch at the island bar for casual breakfasts before hitting the trails.

Dog-friendly (up to 4 dogs welcome with approval and fee).
No AC, though a portable unit is provided in the living room.
4WD/traction may be required in winter months.
Maximum occupancy: 8 (excluding children under 13).

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills prohibited by local ordinance.
