The enviable location keeps you within a short trip of all the Tahoe Donner amenities including the ski area, the marina at Donner Lake, and the Trout Creek Recreation Center. Nearby restaurants provide extra convenience. The home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood.

Two decks offer great views. Enjoy quality time together inside playing pool or snuggling up by the fireplace.

Home chefs will love the high-end kitchen. Sleek granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances await in the kitchen. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers on the gas range.

Soaring vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting setting in the main living area. Stream new releases on the smart TV. A pool table in the second living area provides hours of group fun. Kid-friendly toys and chairs make this space ideal for everyone.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite. You'll also appreciate direct access to the deck and a desk with a monitor. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
No parties. There are strict after-hours noise policies that could result in a fine for the guest.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
