Viehättävä mutta hienostunut mökki sijaitsee upea Donner-järven länsirannalla. 3 makuuhuoneen + parvi-kodissamme on valoisa, päivitetty keittiö, täysi kylpyamme, oma takapiha ja se on lähellä tonnia hauskoja ulkoilua.

Alakerrassa on keittiö, oleskelutilat ja kuningatar makuuhuone. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa on mukava king-size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä ja täysi, sekä avoin parvi, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Alakerrassa yksityisellä takapihalla on kaasuliesi ja kaasugrilli, joka sopii kaikille iltapäivä grillaamiseen!

Edessä meillä on mukava kuisti, jossa on kaksi keinutuolia ja etupiha, jossa on piknikpöytä ruokailua varten.

Loman aikana käytät pesukoneitamme / kuivausrumpuamme, Wifi-tilaa, tilaa kolmelle pysäköitylle autolle.

MUUT HUOMAUTUKSET
Huomaa, että vuorilla eläminen ja yksityiskodissa pysyminen tarkoittaa, että on joitain asioita, joita emme aina pysty hallitsemaan. Esimerkiksi sää ja ankarat olosuhteet ovat pudottaneet Wifi: n ja virran aiemmin. Vaikka näitä tapauksia on kaukana toisistaan, pyydämme olemaan kärsivällinen, koska näitä asioita emme valitettavasti pysty hallitsemaan. The home was very comfortable with lots of room for everyone. It had all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. The backyard is great to bbq and have a cozy outdoor fire. The neighborhood is great to walk in and it is walking distance to the beach and a delicious ice cream place. We had an excellent vacation here.

Great neighborhood and great house!

This house has everything you need for your stay. The fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs. We also met so many friendly neighbors on our walks. The location is great for access to many trails and we also enjoyed time on the public piers along the lake! So much fun! Will return.

Wonderful family spot

Our family of 4 + dog had a wonderful stay at Caternia's cottage. It was very clean and well stocked, and we had plenty of room. Having stayed in a lot of rentals over the years, I appreciated the quality of the items- thick fluffy towels, a well stocked kitchen, and even a cordless vacuum for quick clean-ups. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!

Great Cabin Near the Lake

Great Cottage!

This cottage is so great! Very clean, looks just like the pictures, and very comfortable and cozy for six of us! Although it is small on the outside, the inside has the perfect amount of space. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and the fire pit and BBQ did not go to waste! Cat was incredibly helpful and communicative before, during and after the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous thanksgiving getaway!

This adorable cabin is so modest from the outside and yet offers so much more than meets the eye. The inside is open, spacious and cozy. The fireplace is the centerpiece of the home, encouraging relaxation and peace. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and had everything you would need and more! The rooms have large, comfortable beds and provide a nice flow to the space for multiple guests. The bathroom was spacious and clean and provided a ton of clean towels as well as a washer and dryer. And the back yard, even in the winter with snow, was the perfect addition to the cabin for those with dogs who need to go outside when you don’t want to take them for another walk! The neighborhood was charming and friendly. The Memorial Park just minutes away is one of the prettiest places we have ever been to walk with our dogs. There were dogs everywhere and so many families. Downtown Truckee is paradise. Every place offers unique foods, baked goods, coffees and of course all of the amazing local shops. We got a large percentage of our holiday shopping done downtown and all the gifts are special. For those who fish, the area couldn’t be better. So many areas to access the Truckee river and Little Truckee that don’t require long arduous hikes. Our 2 teenage boys, my 76 year old mother, and my husband and I loved our stay (as did our dogs.) We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to come back to this wonderful getaway. Cat, the owner, was super friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was renting from a friend. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. This cabin a gem.

Truckee Getaway

I had to travel for a meeting during Covid and was nervous. Caterina made this experience smooth and reassuring. Beyond that, this place was the perfect getaway. Nestled in Truckee, we enjoyed the location and coziness of the cabin. The decor was very calming and relaxing with backyard space for our dog to enjoy some play in the snow. Can’t wait to come back this summer and enjoy more of this place.
