2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The third garage bay is not available to guests. Golf cart in garage is NOT for guest use.
4. Access to Schaffer's Mill Amenities is restricted to Schaffer's Mill Members and their guests only.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
