You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire 3BR/2BA upper level of the home, including the backyard and hot tub. A fully separate lower-level apartment may be occupied by other guests. It has its own entrance and parking. There are no shared indoor spaces or amenities between the two residences.



• 🔑 Separate Lower Level: The downstairs apartment and garage are completely separate and rented independently to other guests.

• 🚗 Dedicated Parking: Upper-level guests park directly in front of the garage. Downstairs guests park to the left of the stairs.

• 🏔️ Access: Because this is an elevated upper-level property, entry requires walking up a flight of exterior stairs from the driveway. For your safety and comfort during the winter, these stairs are equipped with a continuous snow-melting mat system.
