”The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. ”Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check.”
