”This hotel was nothing as advertised. There was no restaurant or bar on the property, the property is under construction, and the elevator was not working properly. The wifi does not work either. I paid extra for these amenities and was extremely disappointed with this stay.”

”The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.”

”The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.”

”room looked like it was from the 70s, i was there a week and no service at all was provided, smelled like weed in the hallways, the outside parking lot was riddled with pot holes it felt like i was driving an obsticle course just to avoid them ... it was near a lot of dining and shops though... is that a plus?”

”This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again”

”The room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was…meh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean.”

”Good noise reduction for being so close to the highway. Great breakfast for a continental breakfast. Bed was excellent and the room was clean. I would stay again passing through.”

”Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude”

”Check-in went well and the front desk employee was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had an issue with the toilet and the maintenance man came to the room within an hour....thank you!”
