”It served its purpose but I felt like it was a little overpriced for the condition. Very worn and a little off putting that there were cans of bug spray up by cups that were not in a cabinet(I would not use any of that). Even though bathroom looked nice in pictures it is very worn and can use some TLC along with the rest of the room. There was also a closet that didn't shut and I opened bc I saw hangers sticking out form the crack below. When I opened it was tossed w/ hanger and such with...

”The room was so spacious, clean, and peaceful! If you are stopping in SC, near Travelers Rest, I highly recommend staying here. I was on a work trip and this place felt like a little hide away to get the rest I needed! ”

”Horrible! Lost power the one night - they didn’t know why. No storms. It was just the one block. The staff ( one person) was not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. I was there for work, WiFi didn’t work. Never recommend this place. No apologies about the loss of power, wasn’t willing to do partial refund. I’m going to dispute my credit card. ”

”Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”
