Trysil is a wonderful vacation destination all year round. In summer, the place offers perfect conditions for cycling, a golf course, a climbing park and an adventure park. You don't have to go far to find an abundance of activities. Fulufjellet National Park and the family-friendly ski resort, Fulufjellet Alpinsenter, are also not far away. On a hot summer day, you can go swimming in Gjetsjøen between Østby and Trysil. In the river Ljøra, an Eldorado for anglers and an excellent place for canoeing, you can also swim wonderfully. In winter you will find, among other things, 69 slopes, 32 lifts, more snow parks and child-friendly areas.
