The Space:
The studio apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building and can accommodate up to four people. The advantage of the apartment is the presence of a private balcony, on which - thanks to the presence of garden furniture - you can spend long summer evenings pleasantly. Bright colors of the interior, blue accents and sea decorations make the apartment feel the unique atmosphere of a seaside resort. A comfortable and large double bed will meet the requirements of even the most demanding guests, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom will provide everything you need during your stay. The bathroom with a shower has been designed in a way that ensures maximum comfort of use. The apartment also includes one parking space, thanks to which motorized guests do not have to worry about it, which is a special advantage especially during the holiday season. For active guests, there is also an indoor gym with sanitary facilities, allowing you to take care of your form even while on vacation.

The apartment is located in the seaside town of Rogowo, in the new housing estate "Rogowo Pearl" at Kołobrzeska Street. The facility impresses with its modern look and location - it is situated on the shores of the lake, and at the same time close to the beach on the Baltic Sea. The location of the apartment building among forests and the "Resko Przymorskie" lake allows for a peaceful rest among nature. Fans of active leisure will find great places to practice water sports, such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing. The facility is ideal for those guestes, who are looking for a holiday by the sea - the nearest beach is only 350 m from the accommodation, and picturesque dunes can be found in the vicinity.
There is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds (open from May 29 to August 31), which is under the constant supervision of a lifeguard. The estate also has a parking lot where you can safely leave your car.
For the youngest guests, there is a playroom called “Bawimek” open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is also a lockable bicycle shed on the premises.
