The apartment is newly built and furnished as a vacation rental. It is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained, nearly new four-family house and extends over two levels.

On the ground floor, the spacious, open-plan living/dining area invites you to relax in comfort.

The kitchen is well-equipped (oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher). Also on the ground floor are a bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2 m), a bedroom (two single beds 0.90 x 2 m), and a bathroom with a bathtub.

A staircase leads from the living area to the gallery level. A sofa bed in the open area provides a place to relax. From the gallery, you can access the second balcony, the second bathroom (with shower), and a family room. This room contains a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and, separated by a room divider, another sleeping area with a queen-size bed (1.40 x 2 m).

Children are very welcome. Two high chairs and a children's seating area are available.
