”This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

館内の綺麗さ、お部屋の清潔感、立地のよさ、送迎サービスなどはもちろん、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティの高さがものすごかったです！！
夕食、朝食共に地元の食材も使われておりとても美味しかったです。
サービスがいい、食事が美味しいなど素敵なホテルはたくさんありますが、スタッフさんがここまで素敵な方々が揃っているホテルは初めてです。
まさに感動品質でした。
大人だけで来ても、子連れでも心身ともに癒されるホテルだと思います。
