We really liked the hotel. Even the standard room was very nice. Local items were nicely in display both in rooms and in public areas. Even the smallest details have been thought of. The hotel has direct access to the beach and it does not take long to reach the restaurants and shops of Seminyak ...

The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing!
