”I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 ”

”This cruise is highly recommended for the service, food, staff, and small size. The rooms were also very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure there are always steps for the tender or provide one that makes it easier to board and disembark. In some locations it was extremely difficult, and considering I have a bad knee it was almost impossible on occasion. This caused me to actually pull a muscle in my right leg.”

”Food itself was great but all drinks costed even the water during the whole cruise. second Day was Bad, rooms had to Be returned in 9:30 and the rest of the day they were cleaning the ship for the next customers and we were told go on the deck where was very hot to wait the end.”

”Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...
