”I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

”As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants.”

”check is at three, arrive at 2.30 was not allowed to sign in. came back at 2.50 several people waiting. guy at counter actually stepped up looks watch at watch waits a couple then started to sigh people. and during sigh in allowed people to sign in before those that had been waiting”

”Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

”The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill...

”The hotel was in a great location. The staff was nice and check in was easy. It had several door entrances to the parking lots that made it easy to park near your room. The pools were clean and a good size. It was great to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a lazy river although our kids mostly enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. They serve a hot continental breakfast along with mini muffins, yogurt, cereals, bananas, juice and coffee. It made it nice for a quick bite to start...

”The living room area was a bit small but it al worked out since it was just two teenager and two adults. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the drive was so scenic and peaceful. We always choose Embassy Suites for the hot breakfast and great customer service! I would go again with my girlfriends for sure!”

My daughter’s eyes were burned partially because she didn’t listen to me and keep her eyes closed and partially because the pool was so strong.
