”The hotel and the villa where I stayed were incredible, 5 stars! The food was excellent! What could be improved is the maintenance; from the private pool of the villa, the first thing I saw was a wall with worn-out paint. Another thing I didn't like was that a container for bath salts broke. Despite explaining that it broke due to a poor design of the installation, they charged me for the container. It wasn't much, but I didn't like it.”

”Lovely stylish yet traditional lanna style hotel in a quiet street at the Riverside in new Chiang Mai. Thapae gate and the old city can be reached by bike or on foot in about 15mins. Excellent restaurants nearby and a lovely modern supermarket as well. The room was huge, clean and comfortable and was equipped with all I needed for my stay. Soft, thick towels in the bathroom and extra available near the lovely pool. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold cuts available. I loved sitting outside...
