”Thank you for hosting me for my recent stay. The booking process through Expedia was smooth, and the location was easy to find. It’s a clean area, there’s also a shop within walking distance, access to the trams as well. I appreciate the effort of the staff and hope the property continues to welcome future guests.”

”The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. He then connected us to someone who gave us the code and we were finally able to get in. However, soon after settling in, we realised that the water supply was cut off. The host got in touch...

”The check-in process is just very clunky. Make sure you speak directly to your host prior to arrival. I ended up having to wait at the property for over 45 minutes before finally getting in contact with my host and learning everything that needed to be done prior to checking in. This is not like a normal hotel check-in or even a self check in hotel. I have done self check-in hotels before just recently stayed at one actually and I did not have this tough of a time anywhere else. Also, the...

”We booked holiday 19th-22th of December and I sent lot of messages/emails etc to ask where I can find the keys. I said that we gonna arrive 8pm and we got the email about keys next day 0:20 am. So we could not wait that long ofc. They send me message next morning saying that they send me couple of sms but I did not receive any of them. Customer service was rude and didn’t even answer our messages anymore… ”
