Moderna Suite GPT with a swimming pool and parking

The GPT Suite is a small, one-bedroom apartment that has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 2 people, which can be extended to 3. It has all the amenities required for modern life for couples, executives, professors, and businesspeople. The building has outstanding common areas, such as a rooftop swimming pool, a meeting room (requires reservation), and industrial washers and dryers in the basement (for a small additional fee).

This apartment is completely electric and safe, with no gas connections. The building has a central boiler on the top floor, guaranteeing consistent water pressure and temperature. A new 3500-frigorie air conditioner keeps the apartment cool, perfect for the Tucumán heat. The rooftop pool is available for free during the summer. A barbecue area/terrace or meeting space is also available for guests to reserve for an additional fee.

Street parking is allowed directly in front of the building from 10 PM to 6 AM. For added convenience, we offer a private garage one block away, free for our guests.

Breakfast is served at Bar Panda, located right across the street, from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, it is served at Bar Pany, which is just around the corner. Simply mention a keyword to access your complimentary breakfast. All our guests also get free access to Gym Infinity, located just 150 meters away (access with a keyword).​

Suite GPT is located in the heart of the Barrio Sur neighborhood, near the Courthouse, the Bar Association, parks and squares, Padilla Hospital, the Technical Institute, the Rectory of the National University of Tucumán, SENASA, the School of Nursing, La Kehilá of Tucumán, and the Independence Argentine Hebrew Integral School.

Within a two-block radius of our building and the one across the street, there are at least four barbershops and hair salons, two pharmacies, multiple newsstands, grocery stores, pizzerias, cafes, a locksmith, a laundromat, physical therapy centers, gyms, and even a 24-hour convenience store right across the street.

We are an inclusive space: all identities and orientations are welcome.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Children are welcome, accompanied by their parents. However, we do not provide cribs or special rates. The use of the swimming pool and access to the balconies are the exclusive responsibility of the parents.
