Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood
Perfect house for me and my friend. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the amenities need for our stay. Easily accessible to major highways and popular sites. Connie responded promptly to our questions. We especially enjoyed breakfast and coffee outdoors each morning on the patio. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

A very nicely finished home that is located just 2 blocks from River Parks and a 3 minute drive from the Gathering Place. Also easy drive to both downtown and Brookside. Neighborhood is very quiet. This home ranks as one of the VRBO places we have stayed.

The house was fantastic and the host/hostess were fantastic. I would 100% recommend this place for a vacation/getaway. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Myself and my family absolutely loved everything and we look forward to coming back for our next vacation. Y’all are missing out if you don’t reserve this place. This is a 5/5⭐️

All the Bells and Whistles!
Large, open floor plan home with kitchen, washing machine and dryer and fenced in back yard. Beautiful hard wood floors in common areas, two living areas and outdoor eating/recreational space. Blocks away from river recreational area, excellent Latin market nearby woth a butcher, bakery fresh produce and café. LOVED IT!

Very clean and great location/access to everything!
Very clean property Love the backyard Fans in bedroom were a great addition Close to Brookside and downtown or whatever you want to do in Tulsa. Host was very communicative and helpful Neighbors dog does bark but that’s not the hosts fault. There is a sound machine in the master that we used for this reason. Great shower in the master. Love the space and all the windows. Saved the property for future bookings. Thank you Connie and Aaron! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place
This was just as nice as the pictures showed. Immaculate, safe neighborhood, every amenity you would need during your stay. A real home away from home. Connie was so responsive when I had Amy questions. Highly recommended when you are in Tulsa.

1 Night Stay for Concert
We were in town for a concert so the house had virtually everything we needed. Comfy mattresses, coffee machine for the morning, and only a 10 minute drive from downtown. Would stay here again next time I visited Tulsa!

After a disappointing reservation at another VRBO, we canceled because it was a disaster and filthy. We found Connie's place late and she could not have been more helpful in arranging our stay at the last minute. Her home was everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend her well appointed home.

Adorable Bungalow
This is a wonderful property. We had a long extended stay due to home repairs. As a local Tulsa resident, this home hit all the highlights: close to all major highways & easily accessible, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to local residents and shopping, pet friendly with a large backyard. The home is clean and very well-maintained. It had plenty of space for us to spread out or be together comfortably. The fact that pets are allowed was a huge bonus and benefit to us during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone local or visiting Tulsa.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood
This house was perfect for me and my daughter. I was able to work from the house while my daughter attended an orientation for several days. The house is immaculate and so cute. It had everything we needed and was a perfect choice! I would stay here again without hesitation.

2nd Stay in About a Month
This was our second stay at this property. Nicely laid out. Open floor plan. Three TVs, including one in each bedroom. Fenced yard for our dog. I'm sure we'll be back.

Excellent Property!!
A group of friends stayed here while in town for a concert. Location was excellent, and neighborhood was very nice and we all felt safe. Home was amazing! It was extremely clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Backyard was perfect for unwinding and hanging out together. Would definitely stay here again!

This house and property was just as described. It was so cute and clean. The fenced backyard was great for the kids and would be great for dogs. Connie even had a pet bowl for water & feed out. We felt very safe and had everything we needed. Getting there was easy and it’s close to everything. Connie was so helpful and great. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Tulsa.

Perfect House Perfect Location!
We had a great time at your place! It was so clean and nice and loved how close it was to the Arts District. Connie was so nice and responded so quickly to any questions we might have had about the house and location. Loved having 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples!! Alot of the houses I found were 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, so this house was perfect and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tulsa!! Thank you Connie for everything:))

Fabulous stay at a wonderful location!
We could not be more pleased with our stay at this beautiful home a stone’s throw away from the Gathering Place. The kids were thrilled with the cute little play house and the checkers and Uno games. The hosts thoughtfully included lots of little items to make our stay more comfortable. Every area of the house was clean and prettily decorated, and we appreciated the easy check-in and check-out. Thanks so much for a great little getaway! We were sad to leave!

Such a clean and nicely remodeled property. The backyard space is perfect for hanging out or playing, we would have spent a lot of time there if it had been warmer! Our son loved the playhouse. House was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were in town.

A can’t beat location!
We had a wonderful stay. A tastefully decorated home with plenty of room for 4 adults and a little one in an unbeatable location. A super quiet neighborhood, convenient to the Gathering Place, Brookside, and right down the road from the River Trail. Connie was a very communicative and welcoming host, and I couldn’t recommend her home more highly!

Great home
This is a beautiful home that is furnished well. For a VRBO home they didn’t “skimp” on anything. It is wonderfully furnished and even included a fully stocked spice rack. We were incredibly impressed with this home. The location was perfect for us. The backyard is incredibly cute and peaceful. We will definitely look into staying again in the future. Connie was also extremely helpful and quick to respond. This was probably our best VRBO experience in the several years we’ve used the site.
