”Property was very clean and seemed to be new, I liked the locked fence and gate around the free hotel guest parking area. The sign on the hotel was not very big and we past it the first time. Suggestion, we arrived after dark and wish we would have gotten food to take back to the room before settling in. We would stay here again!”

”Clean room and property”

”The overnight front desk staff (I think her name is Nicole) is absolutely phenomenal- helpful, compassionate, and everything that encompasses true hospitality. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and the second time was because Nicole was so wonderful the first time and she was even more helpful this time. ”Area outside of it very dangerous”

”Buen servicio y atención!!”

”Dirty hotel. Walls looked dirty and homeless people walking around everywhere”

”Good stay”

”The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful and nice. Also, it was great to have a free breakfast that comes with the room. There is a train that runs behind the building and may disturb the sleep of people on that side, but did not bother us. Appreciated the stay!”

”I like this hotel! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m back in town. Very convenient, friendly and helpful staff.”

”Tämä Hyatt Place oli parempi, kun Chigagon vastaava. Perusaamupala, huone siisti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Our key cards expired on day two of a three day stay. Also, wake up call did not consider the change of time back to standard time.”

”Good always use it when I’m traveling”
