”The building was okay. Pool closed due to previous rain. Our restroom had a water leak that seemed to come from behind the wall. The restroom was handicap accessible yet water system is faulty and water comes out of three areas and not just one. The restroom smelled moldy. Told folks that they needed to check the water lines behind the wall.”

”Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The only thing is nobody every clean the room while I was staying. The other irritating thing was Expedia did not tell me I had to pay $16 per day to park here. Its an Airport Hotel and they shoukd...

”Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

”It’s a brand new hotel seemingly, and it was very nice Ed’s comfy etc… but the room carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned, on check in the lady behind the desk was just miserable and not very welcoming… Lastly the lighting in the room was terrible..

”There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby.”
