Quiet neighborhood, pretty close to shopping/restaurants, nice back deck, bathrooms clean, space worked well for our needs. Kitchen inventory of glasses, silverware, serving dishes, utensils needs to be replenished. Pots, pans need to be replaced. Garbage disposal not working and there was no strainer for drain.

Group in town for a cornhole tournament and needed a central location for everyone to stay. Good location and really nice house...very good communication w the host and very responsive w our needs and concerns The host was very informative on where to eat and stops to make for those downtimes...Would recommend staying here anyte in the area..Will definitely rebook for next year!!

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! The air conditioning was nice and cool but very loud. The whole house was roomy and had modern decor. The neighborhood has no side walks and a little crowded but overall, we would stay there again.

Even though we just stayed one night, our stay was pleasant. We did have someone elderly with us that was having a hard time navigating the buckling floors in the living room but other that that, all seemed good. There was one incident where we knocked the threshold covering off that wasn't attached to the back bathroom floor. Managed to readjust and we were careful after. Might want to have someone look at the exposed wiring on the ceiling fan in the living room. Kinda dangerous and we didn't use it as it looked like it was barely attached. The kitchen was well appointed and the back yard/patio was amazing! Very peaceful.Nice quiet neighborhood close to many things to do and see:)Overall we all agreed it was a great visit and we would stay again as long as the floors were attended to.

The first thing you notice is the flooring coming up throughout the house which was very dangerous with young kids. Also the ceiling fan finishing were coming apart exposing wires. Nothing was sparkly clean, it could very much use a deep clean. Was fine for a one night quick turn around stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Host was extremely responsive. Some beds/bedrooms looked different than the listing. Living room sectional was not in the listing photo and was dirty. Flooring in the living room was extremely warped and bulging in some areas. Lots of gnats and other random insects found inside. Garbage disposal didn’t work. The film on the shower window in the main bathroom was partially removed making privacy diffficult. The outer shower curtain in the primary bedroom was dirty with mold/mildew. Baseboards all through the house were very dirty. Very quiet neighborhood, nice well lit deck and backyard. House was spacious, remodeled kitchen looked great, and AC was really cold.

This house was obviously older and we knew this from the beginning but they updated some stuff and we only needed it 2 nights. Unfortunately it could use a lot of improvement. New sheets-our sheets had a hole in them from wear. New towels-they all looked very worn. The cover for the fan box area in the living room is dangling off and needs fixed. Overall a deep cleaning would be good. The floors are awful in the living room, they are uneven and just plain dangerous if you have anyone not expecting the uneven areas. Speaking of the couch, it’s very dirty. Needs a couch that can be wiped off or a new one at least. I have lived in an old house before and this could be improved a lot and easily. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work at all. The check in process was simple and easy, location is easy and quiet. Sorry for the review but it’s honest.

Beautiful home!

House is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised the third bedroom his a full and twin so all 3 children could sleep in the same room. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!
