”We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication. Thanks to her thoughtful care, my cousin recovered quickly.
Later in our stay, when we experienced sunburn, Ms. Neyla immediately...
