”This place was so beautiful -- we spent so much more time than I ever would've expected on the balcony overlooking the view, as well as in the giant hot tubs and in the pool. Gorgeous place, great location (.8 miles from Costco, just another half mile or so to a Walmart, and another great grocery store was less close by the other direction.)”

”This is the perfect location to explore Cabo San Lucas and it was very dog friendly which we appreciated very much as we travelled with our pup. There was clear communication with the owner whenever I had any questions and the unit was very clean and was very well equipped. The property is very secure and safe with a friendly staff. The highlight of our stay is the balcony, the views are gorgeous and having a grill is a huge plus! We spent the majority of our stay here at the balcony drinking...

”We were extremely happy with our condo. We spent mornings on our ocean view patio watching whales. The shower was great, the rooms spacious and the full kitchen very well equipped. Communication was great with the host. It was a little further from downtown Cabo than I had realized, but we were able to Uber easily to the Marina or wherever else we wanted.”

”We stayed 7 nights the first week of April. Weather was so nice, we left the slide glass doors open and hardly used a/c. We had coffee on the back deck every morning and watched whales. I love the fact that the condo is so close to Cabo San Lucas, but its not in all the traffic and party activity. The vibe is definitely laid back. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Living room and bedroom was comfortable. The luvi g quarters did not feel cramped at all.”

”Listing is accurately described..very close to all activities and marina. Amazing rooftop private entrance, amazing property with balcony view to the ocean and the Arch. Fully equipped with all necessities and well maintained property. Everything is wonderful except there is a nosy owner who harrases when u have kids not one but all guests we met complained about him. If its a family with 2 kids one 11 and one 17 u u cant split to separate swimming pools. management need to look into changing...

”This beautiful condo was in a peaceful gated neighborhood with the most awesome ocean views of the Arch and the Cabo city lights at night. The outdoor patio areas were a great asset and used daily especially the upstairs patio with grill, ramada and hot tub, a highlight to our dinners. Ronival excelled in communicating with us in recommending restaurants, places to golf and every question and request was given quick attention. This is one of our favorite places to stay.”

”This property was exactly what my my wife and I were looking for and Betty was amazing. I won't go into all the ways that Betty made sure that any issues that came up during 2 month stay except to say were addressed expeditiously and for us that is really important. The only thing that I can say is that we would give Betty at least 2 more stars if the rating system allowed it!!”
