”Staff is friendly and helpful. On second day, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Staff was very prompt to switch me to a different room. Breakfast is good and location is super and convenient to where I need to be. Room rate is one of the most reasonable rates in Round Rock area. Rate is one of the factors to select this hotel, especially for long term stay.”

”The only complaint i had was i booked a king bed and when the keys were given to me we walked into our room it was 2 queen beds. Called down stairs and then was told that because i booked with a 3rd party this was all i could have as the hotel was sold out and reward members get first priority. Needless to say i was not happy but i had no other choice. On top find out at check in we had to pay for parking. They did wave this but it still did not make it better.”
