”Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”

”This property is affordable and clean. The rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable. Improvements could include a better equipped kitchen and more comfortable poolside chairs. These would be affordable upgrades for then owners and they’d be very enjoyable for guests. ”

I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. I had to advocate for myself and explain that I had a valid confirmation number and nowhere else to go. To...

”There was mold in the bathroom. Had to sleep in there for one night as the receptionist claim that they don't have the authority to do so and there was no one there at the time help me. They cleaned some of it on the second day and wanted me to stay, I had to demand the change as they claim the mold wasn't harmful and it was from the AC. Don't waste your money. ”
