”Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr zugesagt, 3 verschiedene Terassen, eine am Vordereingang, eine nach hinten und eine über das komplette Dach - Perfekt. Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, alles Funktioniert. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Bettwäsche war keine vorhanden, hatten wir auch nicht erwartet, allerdings auch kein Unterbett, nur Kissen. Sollte man Wissen, so das man sich etwas selber mitbringt - wir hatten wenigstens 2 Decken mit und somit kein Problem....

”Logement conforme a l annonce. Particulierement propre. Les draps etaient sur les lits tout etait pret a notre arrivée. Seul bemol sur le gestionnaire sur place qui nous a fait une remise des cles en mode "pas le temps" sans plus d explications. Tres bon sejour, logement a 05 minutes des plages et du centre ville. Tres bon.contact avec les proprietaires qui sont reactifs. Aucune difficulté. Je recommande”

Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, un entorno con muchísimo encanto, un pueblo con mucha gracia y muchos espacios para relajarse y disfrutar. Aunque la playa está retirada, la casa lo vale al 100% y en coche tienes varias opciones a media hora. Andro es un anfitrión amoroso, muy disponible y amable. Nos facilito mucho la llegada y toda la estancia. Mil gracias - quedamos encantados y con muchas ganas...

”About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

”Richard's house was absolutely wonderful. The pictures can not really capture how great it is.The location is so peaceful and private and surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We only saw 1 other person on the beach during the whole week. We loved the traditional design of the house and all of the character that it has. It is really a special place and we would love to come back some day. Aside from that Richard was a wonderful host and the house was very clean. Thank you!!”

”We stayed in Mojácar playa in a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse . It was in a slightly hilly location so not for people with walking difficulties really . It has a community pool nearly and the beach was a 5 minute walk away . There was plenty of good restaurants and bars near by. We stayed for 11 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay . ”Beautiful location with sea views and access to the beach. Very comfortable house , well equiped kitchen and a variety of outside seatimg , with BBQ. Probably due to the time of year ( mid Jan - mid Feb), wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the outside space which has been nicely planted to provide a green garden area to relax in.”

”Mi experiencia ha sido favorable !! Hay que decir que según los comentarios que había leído desfavorable me dio miedo alquilarlo !! Pero después de hablar con el propietario Alan me decidí y no me arrepiento !! La urbanización tranquila y bonita , tiene varías piscinas que puedes usar igual que varias puertas para acceder a la urbanización según te pille !! La playa está a cinco minutos exactos de reloj andando. En cuestión de limpieza por mi parte no le pongo pega . Tiene todo lo necesario...
