”Misia was a wonderful experience. It was one the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy and I have visited this beautiful country almost ten times. Misia offers a great a base to explore nearby medieval hill top town Orvieto, the strange muddy city of Bagnoregio and lake Bolsena. Bolsena has some awful restaurants and tourist traps so it is highly advised that one consults Misia proprietor Giorgio or his sister for specifics regarding where to go. ”One-night visit in Orvieto. This was a perfect hotel for that, traveling with 2 children. The hotel is very centrally situated, room had AC, service was superb, and they could provide a parking place in central Orvieto. Finding the hotel with car is an adventure in itself.... Orvieto is a great place to visit for one or two days. Really interesting, long history.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much! The owners were most friendly, told tips where to eat, shop, and suggested a lovely visit to the nearby hilltop town of Civita di Bagnoreggio, which could be reached by bus. Thank you very much your warm hospitality! Italian style breakfast was a nice bonus. Our apartment had very good air-conditioning, was spacious and stylish with cooking-facilities. Orvieto itself was just beautiful and cosy historic city, especially wonderful was the cathedral of Orvieto.”

”Lovely surroundings, great atmospheric spot, but: no possibility of sitting at the terrace in the evening, too many reserved tables from people, no special arrangement for those who stay there (only 4 rooms), one needs to reservea table asap, and even then... Broken fridge wasn't replaced and poor shower ("little things", but...) prize quality ratio not too good.”

”We spent three days on our honeymoon in L’Olmo and I cannot be happier of our choise! The place itself is really beautiful, high quality and everything works perfectly - and it still has an old personal/rustic countryside feeling. It is a perfect hideout for everyone looking some relaxed time and works also as good base to visit other nearby places. L’Olmo’s pool has an amazing view as a cherry on the top. All this with super nice staff makes the place perfect! :)”

”On Expedia we click for hotels with shuttle service. So we decided on this one. Well when we asked about how to get shuttle from airport. They said they didn’t have one. And could set us up with one for 80 Euros each way. So we contacted Expedia about this problem. They said they would look into it. So far nothing back. We asked for refund because listing was misleading about shuttle. So far nothing back Expedia or hotel. Very disappointed in both.”

”Henkilökunta otti meidät vastaan ja kohtelivat kuin perheenjäseniä. Tunsin oloni turvalliseksi ja nautin lomasta. Kapselikahvinkeitin oli mukava lisäyllätys huoneessa. Kaupungin äänet eivät kantautuneet huoneeseen ja nukuin huoneessani paremmin kuin kotona. Hotellin Wifi toimi erinomaisesti.”

”Our hosts were amazing. Despite a miscommunication on our part, they welcomed us early and allowed us to store our bags. The room is very small but had all we needed. The elevator takes you OR your luggage, not both together. Location was great- walking distance to Badilica and Vatican, good nearby restaurants and also close to the Cipro metro station for easy transfer to the colosseum. One challenge- there is no signage for this property so it was hard to find. We had to ask several people...
