”Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. ”Room was a great size, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Loved the two recliner arm chairs in the room, was great to be able to relax on comfortable chairs instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. The cleaning staff were friendly and the owner was very kind as well. She had a lemon tree at the front of the property and I asked to buy a few lemons but she wouldn’t accept any money and gave them for free which I really appreciated.”
