A short walk puts you in the heart of downtown Twain Harte: groceries, dining, coffee, shopping, mini golf, park, tennis courts, bars and live music! Pinecrest Lake is 19 miles, Dodge Ridge is 22, Yosemite is under an hour. Queen bed, sleeps 2. Dogs welcome.

This cabin studio located beneath the main house is gorgeous. It doesn't take long to feel right at home. It's a small space and we've made every inch of it count, with a full kitchen, a queen bed, and pines out the door.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED The top half of the home is rented separately and is not included in this listing, and neither is the wraparound deck or the game room cabin at the back of the property. You have your own entrance, so you won't be walking through anyone else's space.

If you have additional guests and would like to rent both units together, please let me know as we can group the reservations together and provide discounted pricing.

STAYING COOL There is no AC in the downstairs studio, however it stays very, very cool due to the natural insulation of the hill and being located under the main home.

GUEST ACCESS

We have keyless entry and you will be provided with your own unique code upon reservation. We have 4 parking spaces located on the property. Please only use two parking spaces, as the other two are reserved for the top unit.

Take advantage of our new and relaxed check in/check out times! If you need to get in early or stay late, just ask.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

We're just steps from downtown, which means you can hear the live bands on the weekends and our little town has some ROCKING bands!
