Your open plan living area includes a lounge suite, smart TV, air conditioning and 4 seater dining table. This area flows out to the entertaining area where you can enjoy a Barbeque at the outdoor dining table, or walk directly out your gate to take a dip in the swimming pool. The property also includes a women's bike for your convenience, enjoy riding along the beach path or leave the car at home when you head into town.

The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. Delonghi coffee pod machine included- compatible with Nespresso pods (BYO).
There is also a powder room on the ground floor for your convenience.

Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms.
Your large master suite features a King size bed, ceiling fan, smart Tv, ensuite, hair dryer, built in robe plus access out to your private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes.

Bedroom 2 consists of two Single size beds, ceiling fan and built in robe. These beds can be conjoined to make a King size bed upon request.
There is a full bathroom nearby.

The lounge room couch is a double sofa bed to house additional guests.
