”Very clean, spacious room. ”

”Clean basic room, that felt safe. No breakfast or coffee. The soap bar is super tiny, no shampoo or conditioner, and only two flat pillows on the bed. BUT, there was a fridge & microwave in the room which was a nice surprise. The AC/fan/heat worked well, and shower was great. This was a good priced hotel option for a trip to GA Southern when the local hotels were full (as it’s just 30 minutes away). Super close to Waffle House & Burger King.”

”The property appears to be under construction/renovation. The room was nice, not worth the price though. Floor was dirty, more obvious bc its plank wood style so dirt sticks to your feet and socks. It was the friendliest staff member though, Faith or Faye. Very nice, a bucket of information in regard to the town, State of Ga too. Very helpful. Kind.”

”The hotel itself is in a decent area. It felt safe. The staff at check in were wonderful. However, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned well for some time. The shower was disgusting with soap scum and hair on the walls. The floor looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped after the last occupant left. The bedding was clean and smelled fine but otherwise the cleanliness was awful. ”

”Don’t be fooled they don’t have any of the amenities the website said. You get a room and nothing else. All the rooms smell like smoke whether you book a smoking or non smoking room. The staff was unpleasant and isn’t there to help. ”

”Dried blood on the comforter but basically clean , couldn’t get front desk on the phone cuz it didn’t work then when I actually called from my cell no one would answer. Only stayed over night but if I had gotten there earlier I would not have stayed. ”

”Loved everything about our stay, from the very patient, kind and friendly staff, to the clean property, to the perfect location for our visit to Georgia Southern, just minutes up the road. Not one complaint about our visit at this location. The breakfast women were just a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning, and the food was actually REALLY good! ”Very clean and nice for a short stay”

”It’s in a great location- however, there were some things that could be improved: 1. All bath linens need to be burnt - I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not; the disinfectant they used to clean the floors was overpowering; pillows could be upgraded- I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard; not too many amenities in the room (no hangers, coffee pot but no supplies; no iron/ironing board; kitchenette but no plates/pots or utensils); hotel was generally clean and for its location, it’s ok...

”This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.”

”The reason for just an okay rating is because the hotel needs a lot of updating to do. It’s stuck in the late 80’s in terms of bathroom and overall look. The room smell needs some improvement and also the HVAC sysytem needs updating and duct cleaning is needed. There’s some construction materials all over the place and it is not pleasing to the eyes. The breakfast was ok. The price we paid for was too much for what we got to stay in the hotel. ”
