”This whole place is charming. And clean. I had some doubts because of the size, but it was lovely. We had everything we needed, and did I mention that it was clean? Thank you.”

”Nice room & generously sized bathroom. Seemed freshly repainted. The grounds were nice - spent a couple sunny afternoons at one of their picnic tables. They also have an outdoor hose available, so cleaning my wetsuit was easy! Walking distance to a coffee stand and a pub, short drive to the main part of town and the jetty.”

”Easy to check in and out. Shower leaked and was a bit iffy as well as there being no wifi despite it saying there is. But, other than that it was a decent stay. ”

”It was equipt with everything you need for comfort, but the items are OUTDATED, meaning lack of newer items and decorations and bad smell in the rooms. Never seen and inn and suites thats terrible and would not recommend it. I would like this place to have newer items and decorations and feel like your at home not living with most of the items that are old and outdated.”

”The property was so cute, right on the bay by the boats. The jetted tub inside the room was perfection. I would definitely recommend staying here. There’s also a crab pot boiler out front. We didn’t use it but thought it was such a cool little add on. The staff was very accommodating and quick in response. Will be back!”

”This is definitely not what I would call a beach front resort. The pictures online are misleading. They showed rooms which were better than ours. The furniture was old and worn. Extremely small. The bathroom was smaller than a closet. We were there because we had a sister who was dying and when needed to keep in contact with all of the relatives. ”This property has a private entrance to a full eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath with shower and separate double vanity/closet area. It was very clean, and while across the street from the ocean, one can hear the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There are no staff on hand, but communication with entry code were sent in advance of our stay and we had no issues finding and entering the location. Just a heads up that these are privately owned units and the decorations and furnishings vary.Unfortunately our bed in 307 was like sleeping on a plywood plank with bed springs painfully jabbing your body making it impossible to sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Other guests told us they had comfy beds with no issues. So, avoid 307 is all i can say. -- we will visit again, like previously...
